TERMS OF SERVICE

General
♣ Prices are negotiable depending on demand
♣ I reserve the right to reject any order for any reasonPayment
♣ The currency for commissions is USD, and payments are processed through Kofi.
♣ Payment for half of the total amount is required upon approval of the sketch.
♣ Do not make any Payment until I have confirmed your slot and requested paymentRevision
♣ Included in the price are 3 rounds of changes to the commissioned piece.
♣ A fee will be charged for any alterations requested on the final drawing, unless there has been a misunderstanding on my part.Process
♣ Completion time for your commission may range from 1 to 4 weeks, influenced by factors like health, complexity of the artwork, and workload. A specific time estimate will be provided.
♣ Upon completion, you will receive the full resolution image via Google Drive.Refund Policy
♣ Once I commence work on the commission, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.
♣ If, for any reason, I am unable to initiate your commission, you will receive a full refund.
♣ If you cancel your order before I begin working on it, you are entitled to a full refund.
♣ In the event of a refund, please refrain from requesting a Paypal chargeback. I will personally process the refund.

COPYWRITE

As the Artist
♣ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time, for any reason.
♣ I maintain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
♣ I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
♣ I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer violates any of the terms.
♣ I reserve the right to showcase the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications such as art books, unless you request otherwise.

As the Commissioner
♣ You are allowed to upload the commissioned artwork on social media.
♣ You are not permitted to profit from the commissioned piece (e.g., reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, making prints, etc.). Unless it is specific for the commission
♣ Alteration of the commissioned artwork is not allowed without the artist's consent.
♣ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
♣ any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes will be charged
